A Fractional CFO is a part-time Chief Financial Officer typically hired by a Business Purchaser’s on a contractual basis to help Purchasers analyse financials, oversee financial due diligence and produce financial forecasts.
Who should hire a Fractional CFO?

- an analysis of the company’s financial health;

- calculation on how quickly you can expect to recover your investment amount;
- providing financial projections required by the lending institution when obtaining 3rd party Business Financing.
